Ding Dong launches arts program

WARM up this winter with Casey’s annual Winter Arts Program.
The program, which runs throughout July, offers a range of arts events and activities for primary and secondary school students.
The 2008 event was officially launched by Denise Drysdale on Monday at Cranbourne’s Balla Balla Centre.
The Winter Arts Program features an exciting variety of exhibitions, concerts and performances plus a range of art talks, workshops and demonstrations.
As part of the program, the City of Casey will be offering a variety of exciting free school holiday workshops.
The free workshops will be held from Tuesday 1 to Monday 7 July and will include appearances by the Big Samba Band, author Andrew McKenna, Circus Oz, cartoonist Tony Sowersby and comedian Damian Callinan.
