BRENTWOOD Park’s Primary School’s football team has earned a place in the state grand final.
The team, coached by Jim Narayan, did not lose a game this season and has less than 15 goals in total kicked against them.
The team won the district, zone and regional premierships and on Tuesday 24 August played in the semi, qualifying and preliminary finals and won all.
Mr Narayan said the team had been well served by captain Shay Harvey and vice-captain Jordan Hill created havoc for opposition teams.
He said the team was well balanced and the goal-to-goal line was impressive.
“The Hill brothers, Logan and Braydon, are vital components as are Kiahn, Mahmoud, Luke and Adrian,” he said
“The team has been brilliant taking on all challenges and the group plays together as a whole team. Everyone has a role to play and they play their part for the team.
“We wish the team best of luck in the grand final at Victoria Park.”
