THE final RVBA pennant round 18 was a good one for Narre Warren Bowls Club with both division four and six teams winning.
Results
Division 4 Section 6 played away against Berwick with Narre Warren winning 16/94 to 2/87.
G. Miller, J. Hewitt, D. Smith and L. McCurran (s) won 27/17.
M. Graham, L. Wilcox, G. Duggan, D. Taylor (s) won 37/11.
R. Dixon, R. Bligh, F. Appleby and I. Brotherton (s) won 22/20.
R. Naismith, D. Randall, B. Brewster and G. Manifold (s) lost 8/39.
Division 6 Section 6 played at home against Dandenong Rec/RSL winning well 18/116 to -/60.
N. Hosmer, J. Zanon, S. Bray, D. Amezdroz (s) won 31-12.
S. Robinson, R. Pompe, C. Heath and J. Green (s) won 28-18.
P. O’Day, A. Raille, A. Kidd and J. Hickman (s) won 35-12.
S. Platt, J. Uren, M. Horton and J. Henman (s) won 22-18.

Tuesday’s VLBA final pennant rounds began on Tuesday 26 February before the finals.
Wednesday’s Nominated Open Triples winners were P. O’Day, N. Dickie and D. Randall (s). Runners-up were J. Berger, G. Berger and J. Nillson (s).
Friday’s Ladies Invitation Fours sponsored by Credit Union Australia was held with 22 visiting teams from Berwick, Cranbourne, Cranbourne RSL, Dandenong RSL/Rec, Frankston RSL, Garfield, Keysborough, Kooweerup, Mornington, Morwell, Noble Park, Pakenham, Somerville, Warragul and local teams from Narre Warren all having an enjoyable day.
Winners were the Pakenham team skippered by Joy Tomlin. Runners-up were the Morwell team skippered by Annette Ralls.
Best first-game winners were Pakenham team skippered by Wendy Titcombe and best last-game winners were the Warragul team skippered by Barbara Perry.
Saturday’s mixed social bowls winners were W. Johansson, E. Storey, B. Potter and J. Moore (s). Best last-game winners were D. Moore, K. Harrison, A. Mortimer and R. Hoare (s).
