PEOPLE celebrate Australia Day in many different ways but everyone at Doveton last week had one thing in common – a smile.
About 300 people joined in on the fun at Betula Reserve as part of the Actively Diverse Australia Day celebration last Friday.
Live music, sports games and painting and cooking workshops were among the many activities that entertained local residents on the day.
Doveton Neighbourhood Learning Centre officials helped organise the festivities as part of the neighbourhood renewal program in Doveton and Eumemmerring.
