CHALCOT Lodge Primary School honoured the Anzacs recently when the Dandenong RSL president Alec Kowarzik visited students to talk about the brave soldiers who landed at Gallipoli.
Sergeant Nicolle Morgan, a member of the Monash University Army Reserves, also spoke to students about Australia’s war history and accompanied Mr Kowarzik.
Students from the Endeavour Hills school proudly displayed the RSL, Australian and Union Jack flags and placed floral tributes at the base of the Australian flag during the special Anzac ceremony.
