Athletes who competed in the cross-country season with Narre Warren Little Athletics Club finished on Saturday with club presentations.THE Narre Warren Little Athletics Club are the Dandenong champions for 2006. The athletes competed in the final competition day at Dandenong over the short course of the championships in mild conditions.
Trophy presentations took place at Robert Booth Reserve for all Dandenong clubs after the final medal presentation. Under-15 athletes Brittany, Brianna, Kristen and Glenn were farewelled with best wishes for the next stage of their sporting lives after being part of the Narre Warren club for up to 10 years. The 2006-07 track and field season starts with the registration day during September. Thanks to everyone including parents for the commitment to the cross-country season and for all those people who helped.
