PREPS are celebrating their 100th day at school.
Last Friday marked the special occasion for the 25 prep students at Southern Cross Primary School.
Teachers at the Endeavour Hills school say they are thrilled that the preps are taking responsibility around the school.
Prep teacher Angeline Singh said the students had shown an enormous improvement in their reading and writing since starting school at the beginning of the year.
The students have been working in a double classroom with teachers Angeline Singh and Sandy McConnon.
All of the preps have mastered single sounds, basic sight vocabulary, and numbers, and four of them are reading at grade one level.
