A NARRE WARREN couple won a $5000 furniture voucher after pashing for 31 minutes of every hour, from midnight to 8am while sitting on their couch last Monday night.
Tanya Whitney and her partner Nathan Jones took part in Fox FM radio station’s You and Your Stupid Couch competition.
Matt Tilley and Jo Stanley from the Matt and Jo Show put the call out for listeners wanting to bid farewell to their old couch.
Each successful listener had to compete in a couch challenge to win an Adriatic Furniture voucher.
The Fox FM radio crew were monitoring the couch challenge on the night.
Ms Whitney said she entered the competition because it sounded interesting. “Well you only live once so we made the most of it,” she said.
“We had to take the couch outside of the house as part of the challenge. But it wasn’t a chore as Nathan is a very good kisser,” Ms Whitney said, laughing.
The first time radio competition winner said she had purchased their old couch on Ebay for $50.
