SEVEN young people from the City of Casey will graduate tomorrow from a special youth program run by Victoria Police.
The young people will officially complete Operation Newstart, a program aimed at students aged 14 to 16 years of age who are at risk of offending or re-offending or have become disengaged from school.
The program is a joint initiative between Victoria Police, Uniting Care and the Department of Education and Training and was officially launched in April this year. This is the second intake to graduate.
