POLICE have charged three Casey residents following an alleged credit card scam.
The investigation started after an eagle-eyed member of the public recently noticed the men acting strangely around an automatic teller machine in the Ringwood area.
A 38-year-old man and a 32-year-old man from Endeavour Hills, as well as a 29-year-old Hallam man, have been charged with dishonesty offences including obtaining property by deception and dealing with the proceeds of crime.
Police said the trio were due to face the Ringwood Magistrate’s Court at a later date.
