FOOTSCRAY detectives have raided a Narre Warren North address and recovered stolen goods worth about $60,000, including 50 cartons of cigarette lighters.
Detectives said the goods were part of a heist of 480 cartons of cigarette lighters, valued at about $500,000, stolen from a container at Footscray two weeks ago.
