Nemo found

THERE was something fishy, and entertaining, at Cranbourne Community Theatre last month.
After months of rehearsing lines and learning dance and song routines, Grade 4, 5 and 6 students from Maramba Primary School took their production ‘Finding Nemo’ to centre stage.
Many students, teachers and parents volunteered during the school play preparations, lending their hands to help make sets, props and costumes.
Musical director and production co-ordinator Mr Chris Davies and some fellow teachers spent many hours during recesses and lunchtimes assisting cast members to learn lines, dances and songs.
In the past, students performed their play in the school gym, but this year the students took their play to Cranbourne Community Theatre stage due to increased popularity.
