BERWICK students and families are set to be the biggest winners in a $10.4 million regeneration of Timbarra Primary School that will include middle years facilities at its site.
Education Minister Bronwyn Pike recently called into the school, saying the State Government was investing $4.11 million to expand the site from a primary school to a Prep to Year 9 college.
Timbarra Primary School has also received $3.2 million from the Federal Government’s Building the Education Revolution for a new library, learning neighbourhood, refurbishment of 14 classrooms and a $200,000 Outdoor Learning Centre.
