LOCAL bands will battle it out in the upcoming City of Casey and Spectrum Entertainment’s 2010 Pushstart Battle of the Bands competition final this Friday.
Winners of the Casey Final will receive a recording/rehearsal package, courtesy of Pony Music, and go on to represent the City of Casey in the Southern Metropolitan Regional Final, with the chance to go all the way to the state final to be held at Pushover 2011.
The event will run from 6pm to 11pm at the Cranbourne Public Hall, corner of Clarendon and High streets, Cranbourne
Tickets are available at the door for $10, or $8 with a pass, available from all City of Casey Customer Service Centres, Casey’s Mobile Youth Information Centre, Casey 360, and Youth Information Centres located at 22-26 Stuart Avenue, Hampton Park and Shop 58, Centro Cranbourne.
The 2010 City of Casey/Spectrum Entertainment Pushstart Battle of the Bands is a fully-supervised, drug, alcohol and smoke free, all ages event.
