FREE workshops will be offered to Casey residents in July and August to help people rid themselves of stress, grief, trauma and pain.
Lynbrook resident Josie Ruberto will teach people emotional freedom techniques, also known as tapping of EFT at the workshops in Berwick.
EFT is based on acupuncture but instead of using needles, the technique uses fingertips.
Ms Ruberto and her mother have overcome grief due to the techniques and encouraged others wanting relief to attend the workshops.
“Anyone who has suffered long enough should come to the workshops to get through issues they have been struggling with,” she said.
There are two free workshops consisting of two sessions each.
The first workshop will be held today (21 July) and 28 July and the second will be on 11 and 18 August.
The sessions will be held at the Brentwood Park Community Centre, 21A Bemersyde Drive. Registration is from 9 to 9.15am and the workshop is from 9.15am until 12.15pm.
Bookings are essential and must be made by 9 August for the August workshops.
For inquiries and bookings phone Josie Ruberto on 0409 173 966.
