Fashion flair

THERE will be plenty of fashion and food at the fourth annual Fashion Show and Twilight Market next week.
The Hampton Park Networking Group’s event, which won the Casey Community Activity of the Year last year, will be held on 23 September from 6.30pm until 9pm.
“The fashion show has been growing steadily each year, with incredible sponsorship and support from the local businesses in Hampton Park and surrounding areas,” Wendy Murphy from the Hampton Park Networking Groups said.
“We are encouraging every-one to come along and support the event once again. There were 300 people there last year and we are hoping to attract even more this year. Our aim is to bring the community together and showcase what the businesses have to offer.”
The event will feature a range of stalls, and will include perfumes and essential oils, jewellery, beanie kids, giftware, clothing, shoes, oils and vinegars, books, nature direct, beauty products, henna body art, candles, novelties and more.
Ms Murphy said all profits made at Annie’s Stand would be donated to Relay for Life in memory of Rhiannon Woodsell.
“We are really excited to say along with all the fabulous clothes to show case there will be finally for the first time Spurling Bridal Formal Wear and Fields of Fairy Costumes on the catwalk,” Ms Murphy said.
The event is free, but there will be a gold coin donation. Ms Murphy said that for a gold coin donation guests could win a four burner barbecue, $380 Contour package and other prizes and if a guest is an upcoming bride, debutante or doing their formal they could go into the special draw to win a great bridal package valued at over $150.
The event, will be held at the Arthur Wren Hall, Stuart Avenue, Hampton Park. For more information call Wendy Murphy on mobile 0419 592 689 or email enquiries@hpng.com.au.
