THERE were no outcasts, immunity idols or creepy crawly bugs, but there were a lot of challenges and fun games at Hillsmeade Primary School’s recent Survivor Day.
Grade 5 and 6 students took part in the annual event on 15 September. They worked together in small tribes to overcome challenges in 10 activities. Each tribe collected points based on their performances as a team, initiative and the skills that they displayed,
The tribe that had the most points at the end got the privilege of displaying their tribal flag and performing their chant at the school assembly.
