I GET told that the rates will rise 6.3 per cent. I also have a cut-out from the Herald Sun dated 22 March 2014 of a letter written by CEO Mike Tyler who stated that the $125 million Casey cultural centre can be constructed without increasing rates.
Ratepayers are not stupid, Mr Tyler.
