FERNWOOD fitness Narre Warren has everything a women needs in a gym – from the moment you walk through the door you feel welcome.
“We care about our members acheiving their goals – we have a strong team with highly experienced and motivated custom service staff, group fitness instructors and personal trainers who specialise in all different fields – injury management, functional training, weight loss, toning, endurance, body sculpting and boxing, only the best work with us.
“We have a separate building, which has been specially designed for 30-minute high intensity functional training classes.”
According to club manager Joy Drake, the centre, which has new owners, is a gym that has it all – group fitness classes to suit anyone, Boxing, Bodypump – Step – Attack, Zumba, Pilates, Yoga, over 50s, cycle and much more. Individualised weights and cardio programs, high intensity training, food coaching, meal plans designed for your body type, registered childcare facilities, shower facilities and a full continental breakfast.
“The focus of our club is to continually create a friendly, supportive, fun ,safe environment for women of all ages to build their self-confidence, while also achieving their goals.’
The new owners have been involved with the fitness industry for 10 years and fully understand the importance of providing a high standed of service. They are very excited about taking over Fernwood and building it into an even better place.
To celebrate the new ownership there will be an all-day sale on Wednesday 25 February from 6am-9pm with free 30-minute classes and activities all day – as well as specials on memberships – 10-15 per cent off on the day and saving $199 with no joining fee! Everyone is welcome.
