THE City of Casey in conjunction with the Shire of Cardinia have urged local businesses to enter in the annual business awards once again.
Following on from last year’s success, nominations are now open for this year’s awards which comprise of 12 categories, including the newest addition, the People’s Choice Award.
City of Casey Mayor Mick Morland encouraged business owners throughout both regions to take part in the awards.
“These awards celebrate the outstanding achievements of organisations and businesses whose passion and commitment make our region such a unique place to live and do business,” he said.
“Not only do the awards present businesses with the chance to get recognised and rewarded for their hard work, innovation and contribution to the region, but they also provide the opportunity to reflect on and review your business.”
He said the application process gives business owners a good chance to effectively review their business.
“Entering the awards is well worth the time and will also give you plenty of opportunities for promotion, networking and feedback from industry experts,” Cr Morland said.
