A MAN from Narre Warren North has been charged on summons with traffic offences after being caught driving at more than 60km/h over the speed limit.
The 26-year-old man was clocked traveling 147km/h on the Belgrave-Hallam Road in Hallam, about 5.40pm on Monday 31 October.
Casey Highway Patrol has impounded the orange Holden Commodore for a month.
