Clare’s here to care

Businesswoman and entertainer Clare Bowditch.

Calling all businesswomen – don’t miss the Casey Cardinia Women’s Business Lunch featuring founder of Big Hearted Business and ARIA award-winning musician Clare Bowditch.
Presented as part of the Small Business Festival Victoria, the lunch will be held on Friday 4 August at the Cardinia Cultural Centre in Pakenham, between 11.30am and 2.30pm.
City of Casey Mayor Cr Sam Aziz said this was an event not to be missed by women in business across the region.
“Through our partnership with Cardinia Shire Council, we’re proud of the support and exciting opportunities we offer to our local business community including events like this one.
“The Women’s Business Lunch is a great opportunity to network with other local business women, be inspired and gain valuable tips from successful business leaders including our guest speaker, Clare Bowditch.”
Clare has managed to combine her artistic talents with the qualities of a successful businesswoman. As the founder of Big Hearted Business, her corporate character teaches creative people about business and businesspeople about being creative as one of the new pathways to success.
Apart from her music, radio and her acting, Clare has been mentoring businesspeople for more than a decade. She is passionate about innovation, problem solving and the benefits of right-brain thinking in everyday business. Like so many, Clare juggles being a CEO, business owner, broadcaster, actress, musician and full-time mum to three little ones.
Cardinia Shire Mayor Cr Brett Owen encouraged women to secure their seats.
“Not only do we have a great guest speaker, but Marianne Van Dorslar will be the MC for the day and you’ll also have the pleasure of hearing from some of the region’s top female business leaders in an engaging Q&A session,” he said.
Tickets cost $99 which includes a two-course lunch and a glass of bubbly on arrival. Book now at www.caseycardinia.com.au/businesslunch.
