A disqualified driver was intercepted by police on Magid Drive in Narre Warren on 24 October at around 11.40pm.
The 38 year old man from Burwood had his licence disqualified due to demerit points.
His vehicle was impounded for a month and the driver is to attend court in relation to charges of driving while disqualified and use of an unregistered motor vehicle.
