Sixteen teenagers are in custody after breaking into a house and creating an out-of-control party in Harkaway on Tuesday morning, 10 December.
Fourteen police units including the dog squad were called to the Rowallan Avenue house about 5.30am
Police believe the house was available for hire however was vacant at the time and not rented to those involved. Police believe they broke in some time during the night.
Upon discovering the house had been extensively damaged police arrested all those present, male and females aged between 16 and 19.
Those in custody remain at Narre Warren, Cranbourne and Dandenong police stations and it is intended they will be fronted at court this morning.
