Police are appealing for witnesses who were in the vicinity of Amberley Park Reserve, Narre Warren on 28 March 2021.
At approximately 1pm, a 15-year-old female, wearing dark clothing, was at Amberley Park Reserve.
It is believed the female was assaulted by a male and was located unconscious by an unidentified female walking her dogs.
Police are appealing for the female witness, and any other witnesses who observed or heard anything relating to the incident at the time.
