Police stopped a disqualified driver in his car at 2am in Berwick on 3 November 2021.
The man was driven to a service station and subsequently returned to his home on the same the street.
The Vehicle was impounded at a cost of $1019 and the man will attend Dandenong Magistrates Court at a later date.
