TWO Narre Warren South students are big supporters of the red, blue and white after being given free Western Bulldogs memberships.
The pair, from Narre Warren South P-12 College, were recently presented with their memberships when Western Bulldogs player Tim Walsh visited the school.
The AFL club, which is displaying strong form this season, originally donated the memberships to Holt MP Anthony Byrne, who then asked Narre Warren South P-12 school to find two worthy recipients.
The move is part of a new initiative on behalf of the Western Bulldogs that helps build strong ties between the community and the football club.
Mr Byrne said the donation to Narre Warren South P-12 was a call to the community and businesses to support all local schools.
The two lucky students are Cameron Tundrea and Kieran Pettit, who will now be able to attend all Western Bulldogs home games free.
“They can also be inspired by the values of AFL footballers, being good health, fitness, skill, discipline and commitment,” said Mr Byrne.
Bulldogs chief executive Campbell Rose said the club was pleased to give Kieran and Cameron the opportunity to watch the football.
