Walk before the aisle

By BRIDGET COOK

BEFORE walking down the aisle, brides and grooms are being urged to walk on into the wedding expo being held in Cranbourne next week.
Local businesswoman Bailey Little, who owns The Vintage Press, had organised the Wedding and Bridal Expo at Balla Balla Community Centre on Sunday 31 August.
Ms Little said the expo would showcase local businesses and their unique products and services to assist brides and grooms with planning their big day.
There will be stallholders showcasing everything from photography and formal wear to stationery, decor and beauty services.
“The first 100 brides to arrive in the day will receive a free bridal showbag full of lots of fantastic information, products and vouchers to help plan their day, which will also include a free copy of ‘Your Local Wedding Guide’ magazine,” Ms Little said.
“It’s just a gold coin donation entry which gives you a ticket into a mega raffle full of lots of fantastic products and vouchers from our stallholders.
“I encourage brides and grooms to come along – we have lots of fantastic wedding specialists on board to help you plan your big day.”
All money raised from the event will go to Cranbourne man Jake Ward, who plans to run about 1000 kilometres from Sydney to his home next month to raise funds and awareness for The National Breast Cancer Foundation.
The expo will run from 10am to 1pm on Sunday 31 August.
There are still opportunities for businesses to become stallholders at the expo.
