THE staff and students from Narre Warren North Primary know how to get a job done.
They held a special fete on Saturday in order to raise enough money to pay for a cover over the school’s basketball court.
This would give the 300-student school a form of protection in both summer and winter for assemblies and sport activities, as the school currently has no undercover area for children to play.
The fete, mooted by a parent and run by a committee of the school’s mothers, saw a range of stalls and rides available for guests throughout the day.
