A NARRE Warren South woman was airlifted to The Alfred hospital suffering lower body injuries on Wednesday afternoon following a three-car collision on Greaves Road, Berwick.
The 54-year-old woman was trapped in her car before emergency services cut into the Mazda to extricate her.
Various Facebook comments have said that the woman is in a stable condition, is talking and has no broken bones.
The accident occurred about 3pm when a 36-year-old man from Narre Warren driving a Ford Escape and travelling east on Greaves Road collided with the rear of the Mazda.
