POLICE have released CCTV images of a heartless thief who robbed a charity outlet in Narre Warren.
The man broke into some shipping containers behind the Recycled Clothing and Homeware Charity outlet on the Princes Highway about midnight on 5 November and fled with several items.
The photos released by police show the man driving what appears to be a silver Holden Commodore.
