POLICE are seeking information over a biological hazard dispenser being apparently exploded on an unsuspecting household’s doorstep on 28 April.
About 3.30am, occupants of a home in Darling Way, Narre Warren, were woken by an explosion at the front of their property.
The residents discovered the contents of a bio-hazard dispenser on their front step.
