Bunjil’s the place to be

THE City of Casey says its Bunjil Place development will be “visually appealing from all angles, with a truly beautiful design the community can be proud of”.
And a new video ‘fly-through’ released last week proves they may be right on the money with that claim.
The $125 million Cultural and Civic Precinct will bring together a theatre, library, art gallery, performing arts studio, function centre, civic centre and council offices under the ‘winged’ roof of the three-storey building.
Outside will be a public plaza big enough to host community events, and complete with a big screen.
About a million people a year are expected to use the facilities when opened in late 2017.
