Cyclist dies following Narre Warren North collision

A cyclist has died after he was struck by a car in Narre Warren North yesterday afternoon, 1 August. It is believed the cyclist and Holden Commodore collided on Belgrave-Hallam Road near Glenwood Road about 4.45pm.

Paramedics treated the 43 year old Sandhurst man at the scene however he died shortly afterwards.

The male driver of the car stopped at the scene and is assisting police with their enquiries.

Police are yet to establish the exact circumstances surrounding the collision and are appealing for any witnesses to come forward.
