Video clue in shooting

Police hope CCTV images will help solve a shooting that occurred in Narre Warren last June.

Southern Crime Team detectives are continuing to investigate the incident happened on Berwick Springs Promenade at 12.30am on Saturday 30 June.

Police attended at the location and found one bullet had penetrated the front of the house while a second bullet damaged a car parked near the nature strip.

Two adults and two children, in the house at the time of the shooting, were not injured.

Investigators have released CCTV footage of a vehicle they believe was seen in the area prior to and after the shooting. It is described as a black Subaru WRX sedan.

Police are keen to speak to any witnesses or anyone with information is urged to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000 or submit a confidential report at www.crimestoppersvic.com.au
