CCTV clue for cop hunt

Police wish to speak to the owner of this vehicle.

Police hope CCTV images will identify the driver and passenger allegedly involved in a car ramming in Berwick on the Sunday 17 March.

Narre Warren Police is investigating the incident of criminal damage where it’s alleged a dark coloured Audi attended a car park and damaged the victim’s vehicle about 9.15am.

A passenger of the Audi poured liquid on the vehicle while the driver attempted to smash the side window with a hammer before ramming into the driver’s side door, causing significant damage.

The Audi has a distinctive sticker of the Audi logo on the front windscreen in the top left corner and was bearing registration plates TSC798, police say.

The driver of the vehicle is described as male, Caucasian appearance and was wearing a black hoodie, black hat with light brown peak and white motif, black sunglasses and blue gloves.

Police have released a number of images of a vehicle that they believe may be able to assist with the investigation.
